From basic training to retirement the book was well written, witty and easily kept my attention! it took me less than an hour to read all the way through! I've had the honor of serving with Teri, i've known her for many years, and there are parts of her life I didn't know about until reading the book. If you are looking for an fun and interesting, true story of a soldier's experience, this is one you should definitely read!

Twenty years seems like a lifetime to a teenager. They say that time flies when you’re having fun. I’m not sure that all the time spent in the Army was fun, but it sure was interesting. I recommend this book to young women who are just out of high school. It puts those teenage years in perspective. Thanks for your service and sharing your story.

Definitely a page turner and relatable life's adventures. If you were in the military or not, we all have those moments that leave lasting impressions and help determine our course and who we become. Looking forward to seeing other writings by the author. Very well done.

I really enjoyed reading Teri’s stories. Her words hit on all the ALL the emotions and will open your eyes to a fresh appreciation for our military.

It was a rare view of the challenging life of a women completely immersed in the front lines of war and how she became strong.

Proud to say I served with Teri at Ft. Bragg, in one of the greatest organizations I ever served in. Strong, no BS, have your back kind of soldier! This is what I miss most about the Army: The People You Know You can Count On!
